WWE Smackdown & ECW Live Results - 12.29.07.

I cannot believe I let this place become inactive like this. Especially since I love wrestling & I love rambling about wrestling.

This past Saturday I attended Smackdown & ECW Live with my family & friends. Here, I'll share it with you all [I already had this written elsewhere, & copy & paste works wonders]!

For some reason, I felt blah [not by much] through-out the first 2 matches or so. I don't know if it was because I didn't get good pix [yet] or what. I got over it before the show was even half way started [or over] tho.

Jimmy Wang Yang vs. E. Burke [from ECW, I can't spell his first name].
- Jimmy won. Burke was mad that he lost. Threw his towel & all lmfao.

Michelle McCool / Kelly Kelly vs. Layla / Victoria.
- I tried to get good pix, but it was near impossible. Sit down, boys lol. Anyways, I got some pix during the match. Michelle & Kelly won.

Festus [w/ Jesse] vs. John Morrison [w/ The Miz].
- Festus won. They bought a kid in the ring but he was scared [awwwe]. So they bought in another one to celebrate with them. :)

Chavo vs. CM Punk.
- I ran to the front with people & got some better pix of Chavo & Punk. Punk was pissed at Chavo [Mom filled me in, I'm guessing they're feuding now]. So when he came in he was going after him instead of making an entrance or w/e. Punk won.

Intermission. I went & got me some fries because I was dying of hunger lmfao. I hate those lines.

MVP vs. Chuck Palumbo [w/ Michelle McCool].
- I got back JUST AS MVP's music hits. He wasn't even out yet. I gave Mom fries & ran to the front to try to get more pix lol. I think it's funny I made it back just as intermission was over. I told Mom I'm that damn good. Anyways, I got some good pix of MVP & tried to get some of Chuck [I think I got 1 or 2 when he actually got into the ring lol]. I thought he'd be fighting Rey tho - & the 12 year old with us was hoping so. So when Chuck's music hit I was like "HUH?".

MVP won. Jamie Noble came out. I don't know if he actually interfered, because he never got into the ring. But they left; Chuck bitched out Michelle & I think the fans. So, maybe a heel turn or something is coming? I couldn't understand everything. He told her she was coming home with him. Then something happened that I couldn't see & the crowd cheered, so I dunno if she did anything or what.

Big Daddy V [w/ Matt Striker] / Khali [I can't remember if his translator was there] vs. Kane / Undertaker.
- I ran to the front row again. These guys are all big, btw lol. Honestly I've been a 'Taker fan since before I was even obsessed w/ wrestling - & I have NEVER been that close to him, so I was definitely excited. The 12 year old with us got a good pic of him with my camera, since security started sending everyone back to their seats. I tried to get a pic of 'Taker doing old school, I got it as he was jumping off the rope tho. Kane kept getting put in that death grip by Khali, & the crowd was totally behind Kane. 'Taker & Kane won. I got a pic of 'Taker, but the lights were out so I need to play around w/ it & lighten it. Then I tried to go back to my seat in the dark lmfao. I was successful. :)

Edge vs. Batista in a Last Man Standing Match.
- I ran to the front again, haha. I think I was the only one standing there cheering Edge. :) He took forever & 3 days to come out tho. My pix are a tad bit blurry, but still close-up of Edge. Batista came out & I cheered him, too. Yeah, I cheered both. I got a really good pic of him on the ropes [which my Mom loves].

The match spilled out into the crowd, not too close to us, but near our section. I didn't go over there tho lol. The 2 Edge wanna-bes [as my Mother calls them] interfered. But it was still a really good match. :) Edge got the stairs & I was doing something, I hear *BANG* & I yelled "What the hell was that?!" lmfao. Edge won. 'Taker came down & helped Batista [he was a bit out numbered lol]. Then he left & Batista stayed in the ring.

Me & the 2 kids [12 & 13] went to the front row - they slapped Batista's hand & I grabbed his arm. I wiped his sweat on my Mom's coat, lmfao. I was thrilled tho, esp. since I had been down earlier about not meeting anyone. Touching one of them was the next best thing, ya know? LMFAO. Anyways, this was the girls first show, they love Batista, so you can only imagine how excited they were. Hell, I was excited for them lmfao. I know exactly how they feel, I still remember slapping HBK's hand in 2004. :)

Other Random Notes:

- After the show they were handing out flyers for Backlash. Confirmed - - it WILL be in my hometown of Baltimore, MD in April. The tickets go on sale on 2/16 & my Mother & I already decided that we are going. :)

- I bought myself a 20 dollar shirt. The front has HBK, HHH, 'Taker, Mysterio, & Y2J. The back has Orton, The Hardyz, CM Punk, & Edge. No Cena, but w/e - I have Cena shirts & I'm getting a new one [either for my b-day or with my money]. It took a lot of strength not to spend more on some Hardyz gear lol. But I'll let my cash build up more & get something online [or in April]. I need to start saving & I didn't wanna blow my paycheck the day after receiving it. :Laugh: But I got paid for 2 classes [I substitute & didn't know the last class I did was going to be included in that payweek], so I decided Friday that I was going to buy myself something. We were gonna get a program book, but they sold out.

- I'm not sure if they stop & sign after houseshows, nobody really did before [in 2005]; they all left. So I stood around catching up & taking pix with 2 friends that went with us, since I hadn't seen them in awhile. It was actually rather nice.

That's about it. I'm glad the day turned out good afterall, I was a little blah earlier. And it's not even over yet....

Next stop - WWE Backlash; April 27th, 2008. :-D
